Who collects it

Grind Coast, an independent project, not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grind Coast is the data controller.

What is collected

Your e-mail address, where the form was submitted from, and the signup date. Nothing else: no name, no handle, no gaming platform.

The page sets no tracking cookie and embeds no pixel or third-party analytics. Your IP address is kept in memory for a few minutes to throttle automated submissions; it is not stored with your address.

Why

To write to you when GTA 6 releases, on November 19, 2026. The legal basis is your consent, given by leaving your address. No message is sent before that date.

For how long

Until you unsubscribe, and at most twelve months after the GTA 6 release. An unsubscribed address is deleted, not archived.

Who it is shared with

Nobody. The address is stored in a database operated by Grind Coast at a cloud hosting provider, reachable from the server only. It is never sold, rented, or shared.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete your address or withdraw your consent at any time: every Grind Coast e-mail carries an unsubscribe link and a contact address you can reply to. Deletion takes effect within thirty days.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL at cnil.fr).
