These terms govern the use of grindcoast.com. They are short, because the site is free and sells nothing.

Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of grindcoast.com, published by LSB STUDIO (see the legal notice). Using the site means accepting them.

The French version of these terms prevails; the English and Spanish versions are translations of it.

The service

Grind Coast publishes GTA 6 guides, visual studies, a community map of Leonida and preparation tools such as the launch checklist. A waiting list lets you be told by email when the app opens.

The site is free. Nothing is sold on it and no payment is ever asked for. If a paid offer opens one day, it will come with its own terms of sale, published before it opens.

What the information is worth

Each page is written from the sources it cites: Rockstar Games, the press, observations in the game. Before release and after it, a piece of information can be incomplete, change or turn out wrong; each page says what is confirmed and what is not. Estimates of earnings, durations or money per hour are guides, not promises.

Grind Coast is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive; nothing on the site speaks for them.

Availability

LSB STUDIO works to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance, an update or an outage. Its content and features can change at any time.

Fair use

You agree not to disrupt the site, not to try to reach its non-public parts, and not to copy its content by automated means at scale. Join the waiting list with your own email address only.

Intellectual property

The texts, logo and visual identity of Grind Coast belong to LSB STUDIO. You may quote a short extract with a link to the original page; any other reproduction needs our permission. GTA trademarks and images belong to their owners (see the legal notice).

Liability

Within the limits the law allows, LSB STUDIO is not liable for decisions made in the game on the strength of the site's information, nor for the content of the external sites it links to.

Personal data

The use of your email address, the counting of visits and cookies are described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows the version in force. The terms that apply are those online when you use the site.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a disagreement, write first to contact@grindcoast.com so we can look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute goes to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
